Isn’t it funny how, the more streaming services we have, the harder it is to find the movies you want to watch? And because of all those streaming services, now instead of just paying for one thing, you have to pay for multiple things, because different movies are in different apps. Anyway, most of us spend more time scrolling through the menus instead of actually watching something new. It’s usually the same things you already know you like.
Recently I had to subscribe to a service called Konipay, but I forgot to cancel the subscription, cause I’m still paying for it. A minor lapse in concentration, I’m just happy that the actual cancellation is easy to do.
First, you will want to go to their homepage and log in using the email and password you used to register at the site. After you’ve done that, log in and find the subscription page and cancel it. Now you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. If you don’t know the password, remember to go to your inbox or spam folder. Sometimes the e-mail services assume something is spam.
Second, if you really don’t have your password, don’t worry. You can still access your account by using the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card to log in. Once you are logged in, just follow the same steps I talked about in the first point of the guide.
Third, if what I said above didn’t work or you couldn’t do it yourself, your last option is to contact their customer support. There are multiple ways to contact their customer support. You can do it by phone, e-mail or messaging. Just make sure you call them during their business hours. If you choose this option, make sure you have your details at hand so that the process can be completed as fast as possible and with no hiccups.
Congratulations, that is one less service milking you dry. Make sure you only pay for the ones you really use. The market is getting crowded while we are getting torn apart.
