This is the reason why it is their name that showed up on your bank records and not some other name. JakaPay processed the payment, so their name will appear on your bank records.

This means that you are not a customer of JakaPay. You are a customer of one of JakaPay’s business partners that used the JakaPay payment platform. 

Why am I finding withdrawals from JakaPay on my bank records?

The most likely scenario here is that you used your credit/debit card on a site in order to acquire a certain service or free trial period for said service.

When you sign up for a trial period, you are always asked to provide a credit or debit card number.

So when the trial period offer ends, it is automatically converted to a fully paid subscription.

If you didn’t cancel the free trial period in time, then you get a new subscription to pay for. That is when the withdrawals start.

Exactly what services does JakaPay provide to its customers?

As stated earlier, JakaPay is a web-based payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments from consumers.

It offers various products and services to its global partners.

Your subscription in question can be any kind, but you can only find out if you access your account on the JakaPay website.

It could be anything from movie subscriptions to game subscriptions to ebook subscriptions.

JakaPay is not a scam site. You shouldn’t worry about a scam.

Everything involving JakaPay is legal and their payment processing platform is valid and follows the most strict regulations enforced by law.

You must log in to your customer account before canceling a subscription on the JakaPay website.

Once you are on the site, you will be able to cancel the subscription to all the services you no longer need.

There are 2 ways to log in to your client account. We will now give you a detailed guide on how to do it both ways.

Cancel a JakaPay subscription by logging in with an email and password

If you wish to log in using your email address and password, go to the “MANAGE / STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” page and enter your email address and password in the blank spaces.

Enter the email address and password you used to create the account and purchase the subscription.

This information was sent to your email address after the account was created.

If you cannot find your password, check your spam folder.

We have found that these messages are sometimes intercepted by the spam filter.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it using an online form.

This form is called “STOP MY MEMBERSHIP” and is located on the top left of the home page.

After entering the relevant information, an email will be sent containing all your account login details, including, of course, the password.

Now that you have everything you need, you are ready to log into your customer account.

When you log in to your customer account, the page that appears will show you all currently active/inactive subscriptions.

Here you will be able to choose to cancel a subscription.

Just click on the “Terminate” button under the subscription you wish to cancel and you’re done!

After confirming that you want to cancel your subscription, you should receive an email confirming that the cancellation has been successfully completed.

Next, we will show you how to log in to your JakaPay customer account with a credit card.

Cancel a JakaPay subscription by logging in with a credit/debit card number

Accessing your account with a credit card works the same way as described above.

You still need to use the “MANAGE / STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” form.

Except for this time, you will enter the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the credit card you are being charged by JakaPay.

You need not worry at all about entering your credit card information on this website, we have confirmed that they work with secure encryption systems and your information will never be at risk.

When you log in, you are directed to the main panel from where you can view all your active and inactive subscription plans.

Here you can choose to cancel any subscription at any time. Simply click on the “Terminate” button located under the subscription you wish to cancel.

You will then receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been canceled.

We recommend that you keep this email for future reference.

That’s it, you’ve canceled your subscription, and JakaPay’s debits won’t hurt your pocket anymore.
