These days, subscription services are everywhere. Music, movies, TV shows even video games have their subscription services. So how do you unsubscribe from a service like Consonet?
1.1. Go to the Consonet.info homepage, log into your customer interface using your credentials (e-mail/password). The e-mail is the one you used during the purchase and the password is the one assigned to you. Try checking your inbox for the password, if it isn’t there, always check the spam folder. Now that you’re logged in, go to “Your Access” and click the “Cancel” button. Like I said, very straight forward. They will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details.
1.2. Did you forget either your e-mail or your password? Don’t sweat it, there is a solution for that. Just below the login, you can see another form telling you to enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase. Do that. The rest of the process is pretty similar to the first bullet point. “Your Access” – “Cancel” – Done. But wait, there is one more!
3. The customer support. Some people are ok with it, most don’t want to deal with it. From personal experience, I can say that Consonet’s customer support is pretty good and solves your problems easily and fast. Just call them during work hours or send an e-mail or even a message. They will ask you questions, and the only thing you have to do is answer them. After that, go to your e-mail to check if the cancellation confirmation has arrived.
